3. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. The organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the audition dates/venue at its sole discretion.

5. By registering, the contestant grants the organizer the right to use their photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
